VH Electric high frequency internal vibrators

Electric vibrators for concrete consolidation characterised by high performances, consistent speed and remarkable resistant to abrasion.

Description

Applications

The high frequency immersion vibrators of the VH series allow the rapid removal of air bubbles trapped in fresh concrete without any segregation of the elements that make up the mass. The result is a homogeneous final product, durable and mechanically resistant, without cracks or cavities. The wide range available meets all needs in both the private and civil engineering sectors.

Features

The high centrifugal force of the VH pokers is generated by a high frequency electric motor integrated in the vibrating needle. The control switch is protected by a reinforced gasket resistant to continuous use and is inserted in a polyamide housing with IP 66 protection.
The standard VH range has a 10 meter long electric cable and a flexible, internally reinforced control tube, 5 meters long.
For safety reasons, the VH vibrator range operates in very low voltage (42V), for this reason they must be connected to CM series electromechanical or EC series electronic converters.

On the whole VH range:
Nominal frequency: 12,000 vib / min
Ambient temperature: -20 ~ 40 ° C
Thermal protection
Exclusive sealing system
Vibrating needle tip protection class: IP 68

VHN range:
Vibrating needle diameter: 38 ~ 50 ~ 59 mm
Vibration amplitude: 1.8 ~ 2.3mm
Centrifugal force: 1,700 N ~ 4,560 N
Vibrating needle with surface hardening treatment

VHP range:
Vibrating needle diameter: 50 ~ 59 ~ 65 mm
Vibration amplitude: 2.1 ~ 2.6mm
Centrifugal force: 3.760 N ~ 7.330 N
Vibrating chromed needle
