SPIDERSCREED™
In 2019, Ligchine™ introduced the SPIDERSCREED™ Series–a compact, lightweight and maneuverable drive-in system designed for upper deck concrete and slab-on-grade screeding applications. The drive-in SPIDERSCREED machine was designed to be lightweight and powerful, featuring a 100% TIG welded tubular aluminum cage design that keeps overall weight down to approximately 1,280 lbs. Armour Joint
Product Overview
The Armour Joint is a prefabricated, leave-in-place construction joint with dual steel arris protection (nominal 10 mm × 40 mm each side) and integrated plate Dowel load transfer. The system permits two-way horizontal movement (shrinkage and thermal) while preventing vertical differential movement, protecting arises under hard-wheeled traffic and delivering repeatable, high load transfer at construction joints.

How Diamond Dowel Works
Diamond Dowel uses tapered steel plate dowels and matched sleeves at formed construction joints. The plate geometry maximizes effective bearing area and enables lateral (in-plane) movement while preventing vertical differential movement. This produces high load transfer efficiency (LTE) across the joint and minimizes joint faulting and edge damage.

Floor surveying and tolerance compliance solutions
Companies are needing higher efficiencies and more and more pallet storage space in their facilities and often select higher racking and narrower aisles – all requiring flatter floor specifications and tolerances. ALL STATES AFRICA has developed proprietary innovative and independently certified equipment (NMISA Accredited) – the RACKTRACK to measure DM (Defined Movement narrow aisle) tolerances and the GRIDTRACK to measure FM (Free Movement) tolerances and provide accurate surveys and reports to ensure that the specified floor tolerances according to the UK Concrete Society TR 34 4th Edition are complied with.
ALL STATES AFRICA also uses this equipment in refurbishment projects when converting old facility floors to state of the art superflat floors.
